BHFS Administrative Officer Alex Portarev Attending European Young Heritage Professionals Forum

BHFS administrative officer, Alex Portarev attended the European Young Heritage Professionals Forum of 2019 held in Zadar, Croatia. Organized and facilitated by UNESCO and the outstanding educational creatives Diadrasis, Greece, along with the Croatian Ministry of Culture, European Commission and local heritage specialists, 28 young professionals had a wild 5-day adventure in the path of cultural heritage that Zadar had to offer between 20 and 24 of May, 2019. The theme of the forum was “Cultural Heritage Messengers” in the fields of tangible and intangible cultural heritage. Every participant had an ongoing or upcoming project related to cultural heritage preservation and had the opportunity to discuss these ideas with other professionals whilst learning about new trends and competence instrumentariums for reaching and involving people in cultural heritage.
