Permanent Exhibition of Emporion Pistiros Opens in the Archaeological Museum of Septemvri

Do you remember the white and empty hall in the museum of Septemvri, Bulgaria? Well, here it is now completed with a small but very illustrative exhibition revealing the history and life of the Emporion Pistiros (5th - 3rd century BC) where yet again this year will be conducted excavations along with the Balkan Heritage Field School project. The permanent exhibition opened on 6 June at the Archaeological Museum „Prof. M. Domaradzky” – Septemvri thank to the great work of our colleagues from ARCA and funding of American Research Center in Sofia and America for Bulgaria Foundation. See more photos here.
